Privacy Policy

MarMel-Bali collects the information needed to operate the store, respond to messages and fulfil purchases. This may include your email address, order details, PayPal payer email after a completed order, download records and basic technical records used to protect the site.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. MarMel-Bali does not receive or store your full payment-card details. PayPal handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Third-party services

The site uses hosting and storage providers to operate the website and deliver downloads. Product pages can load an embedded Sketchfab viewer only after you choose to load it. PayPal is used for checkout. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may process technical information under their own terms and may operate outside your country. Tracking and cookies

Google analytics tags help us understand site visits. For visitors in regions requiring opt-in, the tags are blocked until they allow analytics. Elsewhere analytics may run by default, subject to your cookie settings. You can change your choice in the Cookie Policy.

How information is used

• Complete purchases and provide download access.
• Respond to support and licence questions.
• Moderate comments and verified-purchase reviews.
• Send new-model emails through Resend when you explicitly opt in. Mailing-list consent is optional and can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link in any update.
• Understand site visits and improve the website when analytics is enabled.
• Protect the site against fraud, abuse and technical faults.
• Meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the site, process payments, deliver files, measure enabled analytics or meet legal obligations. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then deleted or de-identified where practical.

Your choices and complaints

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing marmelbali@gmail.com. You can also use that email to make a privacy complaint. MarMel-Bali will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably practical.
