Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you browse the MarMel-Bali website or obtain a digital model. By completing a purchase or download, you agree to these terms and the licence shown for that model.

Listings and orders

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. MarMel-Bali may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction or technical fault.

Digital delivery

Access is supplied electronically after payment verification. You are responsible for checking software compatibility and keeping your download secure. Access may be limited or withdrawn where payment is reversed or the licence is breached. Each download bundle includes a copy of the MarMel-Bali terms and licence.

Interactive 3D model and downloadable files

The model geometry and included model content shown in the interactive Sketchfab 3D viewer are contained in the downloadable model files. Downloads may be provided in different formats. Materials, textures, lighting and visual appearance may vary according to the software, render engine, format conversion and settings used.

AI-enhanced image renders and staging

The separate image renders displayed in the image gallery may be AI enhanced to illustrate staging and design possibilities. They may add people, furniture, vehicles, plants, landscaping, lighting, backgrounds or decorative objects that are not part of the downloadable model.

These image renders do not alter or define the downloadable model. The interactive Sketchfab 3D viewer, written product listing and available-download description identify what is supplied.

Ownership

Purchasing a model does not transfer copyright or ownership. Your use is limited to the applicable MarMel-Bali licence. Sketchfab hosts interactive previews and is not the seller of products purchased through this website.

Model condition

Models are supplied in the formats and condition described on their listing. If a supplied model is materially different from its written listing or the interactive 3D model, or is missing a stated file, contact MarMel-Bali. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. MarMel-Bali is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or problems caused by modified files, unsupported software or third-party services.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can legally be limited, MarMel-Bali's total liability connected with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that model.

Changes and contact

These terms may change for future use or purchases. The version applying to an order is the version available when that order is placed. Questions can be sent to marmelbali@gmail.com.
